Week 4 Reflection

What:This week we started handwriting. We have a new focus it's linking. When the Year fours went swimming the Year six's got taught how to email each other. We also started doing our ikan test. We started a new book for shared reading. Some of us finished our homework project's and we also started our successful person project.

So What: This week we learnt more about keeping ourselves safe and learnt another way to say how are you in Maori. I learnt some more interesting words in shared reading.

NOW WHAT: Next week I hope we do another BP Technology Challenge and I hope i'm King of the Den.

Week 3 Reflection

WHAT: This week Room 15 had a competition to see who could look after an egg for the rest of the week. Mrs Larsen gave us a project about our favourite fairy tale book. We also did our  BP Technology Challenge. In kapa haka we learnt a new song.

SO WHAT: This week I learnt how to look after an egg.

NOW WHAT: Next week I want to do another BP Technology Challenge.

Week 2 Reflection

WHAT: This week Room 15 did some more work on keeping ourselves safe. We also stared our book covers. Today we started drawing ukulele to put as music notes.
SO WHAT: This week we learnt in art when blending, you go over the edge of the other colour. We also found out that it’s challenging to make a castle out of newspaper.
NOW WHAT: Next week I want to be a king and have another go at building a castle.

Week 11 Reflection

WHAT: This week Room 15 got taught how to work Jib Jab. We also finished our scribble art pictures. We also had Rayz Roadshow come to Carlton School

SO WHAT: This week I learnt how to do scribble art pictures and learnt more about brains.

NOW WHAT: Next term my goal is to finish tasks onb time.

Week 10 Reflection

WHAT:This week Room15 started doing there continus line faces fist we had to draw copy in our drawing books when we were finished our good copy we had to go back to one of our old copys and colour it in.

SO WHAT:This week I've learnt how to describe the front and back of a book.


NOW WHAT This week I want to earn much more tokens and get all of my work done.

Week 9 Reflection

WHAT: This week Mrs Larsen came back from being sick. We have also had our Duffy Assembly. Today Mrs Larsen taught  Room 15 how to edit photos on be funky.com.

SO WHAT: This week I have learnt how to draw my face using continuous line and some of us learnt how to retell story.

NOW WHAT: This week I want be king of the den and earn lots of tokens.

Week 6 Reflection

WHAT: This week Mrs Larsen taught Room 15 some basic greetings and farewells in Maori. After that she told us if they were formal or informal. We also put our Avatars on our blogs. It was fun.

SO WHAT: This week in swimming for we have been learning to float on our stomachs and backs.

NOW WHAT: I would like to be a King and get my work finished.

Week 5 Reflection

WHAT: This week Room 15 did a BP Tecnology Challenge on Tuesday. Our challenge was to build a shelter to protect us from the rain.


NOW WHAT: This week I learnt how to create an avatar.


SO WHAT: Next week I would like to put my avatar on my blog and I would like to earn more tokens.

Today Mrs Larsen taught us how to make a blog. This is my first ever blog. I think they're great. I also have an email address.
